    Classification Guide:
    • Isotope – Genetically-engineered supersoldiers who were originally created to travel through Infinity Points in Orez Time Travel. The first Isotopes were classified as Generation Ones, and only 41 were made successfully (the rest became Halogen Originals). Later, to meet the demand for soldiers similar to the Generation Ones, Helli0n introduced the Generation Twos, all of whom were created in test tubes unlike the natural born G1s. After Operation Mending Hope, Helli0n once again created another branch of Isotopes, the Generation Threes. Unlike G1s or G2s, all G3s were submitted to a pro-Helli0n propaganda memory system, thus making them extremely loyal to the organization. Of course, there were exceptions within the G3 ranks who managed to retain their independent thought, though they are few in numbers. After the beginning of the Gene War, all Helli0n Isotopes were required to wear black jumpsuits to show their affiliation.
    • Ion – Genetically-engineered supersoldiers who were created by the ANF to combat Helli0n’s Isotopes. Since they were created from stolen G2 plans from Helli0n, all Ions seem similar to Isotopes in regards of age… and independent thought. To distinguish them from Helli0n’s Isotopes, all Ions were required to wear ANF fatigues. However, that requirement isn’t strictly enforced.
    • Jvstice Refugee – Refugees from the Jvstice world of Vatan who live in the Jvstice Embassy in Massachusetts and whom are in Helli0n protection. While some work for Helli0n, others are part of the Fanaks, an anti-Helli0n terrorist group. The people of Jvstice are similar to any regular human save the shape of their pupils, which is generally an upside down crescent, and the fact that most are still learning English from their native language. Those who work for Helli0n are required to wear grey jumpsuits, while those who are civilians or Fanak members are able to wear any type of clothing. Jvstice Warriors are all infused with a type of nanobots in their bodies from their homeworld that allows them to create a certain type of weapon from the bots.



    Serial Number Guide:
    Isotopes
    • For Generation One: 0000 - 0500
    • For Generation Two: 0501 - 1500
    • For Special Cases: 1501 – 2500
      [The special cases are only given to the Isotopes that have been subject to strange phenomena right after they were 'born', like a sudden change of features or a power switch.]

    Ions
    • Ions are serialized by the two letters of the country they are from, and then two random digits.
      Example: AC99 for an Ion created in the African Central Powers.



    Affiliation Guide:
    • Helli0n International – Formerly the Helli0n Project. Because of the Isotopes they created, the former NAC allowed the organization to absorb their NAMF (North American Military Forces) in order to use the Isotope Faction to fight in the Age War. After the war against Halogens and Jvstice, Helli0n International overtook the NAC government; gaining control of all of North America and the Jvstice Embassy, gaining all of their technology. They are led by a man named Aeron Mortimer, the former leader of the organization’s 0ccult Division.
      [All Generation Three Isotopes must be under this faction unless an exemption is made by Admin]
    • Jvstice Embassy - At the end of Operation: DAWNING PEACE, a small Infinity Point opened up near the former NAC capitol Washington D.C. From that one Infinity Point, several thousands of Jvstice citizens came through to escape their Halogen-infested land. After negotiations with their ruler, Queen Sofia Bartavius Elemana Cid, the NAC established the Jvstice Embassy in what was formerly known as the city of Salem, Massachusetts as well as offer protection for their former enemy in exchange for their technology. After the NAC was overtaken by Helli0n International, the Jvstice Embassy quickly offered its allegiance to the new government, since it was still too weak to do anything else. Because of that, many Jvstice Refugees were drafted into Helli0n’s army as spies or computer systems specialists. However, some Refugees banded together to form the Fanaks, a group that specializes in terrorist attacks and actions against Helli0n. So far, the Fanaks are treated as minor disturbances by Helli0n. Also, many Jvstice refugees seem to idolize a hero from back in their homeworld, a man they call “Khayal Guadana”.
      [All characters that are classified as Jvstice Refugees must be under this Affiliation. If Helli0n-employeed refugee, write “Jvstice Embassy” in Affiliations form. If member of Fanaks, write “Jvstice Fanaks” in Affiliations form. If regular civilian, write “Jvstice Citizen” in Affiliations form.]
    • Renegades – A group of Isotopes that want to escape Helli0n control. Formed back in the Age War, the Renegades tried to commit several terrorist actions against Helli0n during Operation: DAWNING PEACE, but ended up helping Helli0n close the Infinity Point located near the Jvstice capitol, sealing the Halogens in that world. Escaping Helli0n with the help of a former Helli0n 0ccult Division member, the Renegades grew in sizes with the coming of the Gene War. While some have offered their help to the ANF, others just try to avoid conflict altogether.
      [Only Isotopes can be a part of this Affiliation, and only those who are not Helli0n Isotopes.]
    • The Allied Nation Forces (ANF) – the alliance consisting of every country not ruled by Helli0n. Its main goal to stop the Helli0n Objective of Annexation or Conquest, the ANF uses the Ions they created to fight against the Isotopes of Helli0n as well as the typical human soldiers. The countries currently in the ANF are as follows: the South American Legislature, the Greenland Executive, the Australian Republic, the Europe-Asia Monarchy, and the African Central Powers. Unlike Helli0n, the ANF does not use Jvstice technology, since it is only known by the Jvstice Embassy, an ally to Helli0n. Also, some rogue Isotopes have joined the ranks of ANF to fight against their creators.

    Power: Electricity Manipulation (through conductive material)
    Skills:
    >His manipulation only allows him to conduct electricity from his body.

    >If he is subject to an electrical attack, Jett has the ability to use himself as a ground, cancelling out the attack.
    Weapons: Often uses a blade attached to a retractable wire to get targets a distance away from him. Wire is strong enough to support three times his own weight and highly conductive. He can use it as a whip of sorts.
    Affiliation: Helli0n International
    Personality: Having been raised by Helli0n, Jett rarely had any human interaction other than the people on base with him, typically scientists and drill sergeants. Therefore, he can be described as the perfect soldier by his superiors. However, it also makes him incapable of handling a normal casual conversation. Also he does not understand most feelings, such as happiness, glee, or love.
    Brief Bio: Jett can only remember being part of the Helli0n branch known as the 0ccult Division. While other Isotopes were ‘born’ as teenagers, Jett was specifically made as an infant to train him from ‘childhood‘, making him one of the few superhumans born through normal birth. He was raised up to be the perfect countermeasure in the case of an Isotope uprising, so to prevent the Isotope Faction from learning about him, they kept him secluded with only trusted trainers and scientist. However, with the end of Age War, Jett became Helli0n primary weapon to track down and capture rogue Isotopes, even after the Gene War began.

    Appearance:
    Due to the genetic manipulation he went through when he was still in the womb, Jett's hair ended up white. He has no preference in clothing, but he wears a black shirt with reddish pants and combat boots when tracking down Renegades. His eyes are green, and a long scar across the back of his right hand.

    >Able to create any type of weapon as a solid illusion for a limited time depending on the size of the weapon
    >Mind Collapse: By creating multiple illusions in a person’s mind, he can literally cause someone to go insane (requires all energy to do so. He must also be touching them.)

    Personality: Always grinning, like to talk to others, enjoys mind games and always wins in any games, Calm even in battle.
    Brief Bio: His father an influential man in the world, Orcus joined, or rather was placed in, the Greenland Executive Isotope Faction when he was 10 years old. As he was submitted to a similar procedure as the previous Generation 1 Isotopes, Orcus fell into cardiac arrest, and fell comatose for days. However, like the G1s, he woke up to find that he wielded a power the scientist found dangerous. As it was determined that he could create illusions, the scientists in charge of him sent him to the 0ccult Division, where he received most of his training, including the piloting of most aircrafts, including a Zeppelin. His first official mission was in Operation: THIN AIR with other 0ccult operatives Banshee, Poltergeist, Lich, and Wraith. After that Operation, he was moved to the EAM for a while, before being dispatched by the 0ccult Division to supervise former comrade Wraith in Operation: GLASS DOOR. Since then, Orcus became a part of the squad Wraith was assigned to, and moved to the Isotope Deserters Apprehension branch (IDA) as a commanding officer under Wraith. He was present at Operation: DAWNING PEACE, and was the one who aided the Renegades’ escape from Helli0n after its completion by allowing himself to be captured. He has been in Helli0n’s Detainment Quarters of their Main Base for the last two months. However, he managed to escape with some unknown assistance. Is now searching for the Renegades.

    Appearance: Grayish-Black hair (it grew out during his capture, has not cut it since), 5’12, almost-yellow hazel eyes (right eye used to be covered by an eyepatch due to an accident on a previous mission, it now has a small scar over it)

    -Is very good at blending into the background.
    -Has amazing hearing due to her blindness.
    -Can communicate with people in their dreams.
    -Can force people to sleep by touching them.

    Affiliation: Renegade
    Personality: Polly used to be very timid and prefered to stay in the background. She was easily upset and couldn't stand being involved in conflict. She rarely slept because she couldn't stand having to come back to reality after a good dream.
    Now, though, she is more assertive and bossy. She became a natural leader after Operation: Mending Hope and has an undying hatred for Heli0n. Out of all the Isotopes, it is possible she hates their maker the most because of what the have taken from her (sight, speech, friends, etc). She is far more good natured and can take a joke, but when she's serious she isn't one to bother.
    Brief Bio: After Polly was created, it was quickly discovered that the chemicals had affected her more severly than the others...and in a less positive way than hoped for. She was from then on blind and mute. Her powers were also not exactly outstanding, so she was sort of shoved into the background and forgotten.
    After Operation: Mending Hope, Polly took over as the leader of a small group of rebel Isotopes, which eventually turned into what is the Renegades today.

    -if conditions are perfect, she can move between the realms of the living and dead. But conditions are rarely perfect.
    Mildly random: she can regurgitate anything she reads perfectly.
    Weapons: Usually none, but she is rather handy with a gun.
    Affiliation: Renegade
    Personality: Miri is a very timid girl, generally speaking. She prefers to keep to her books instead of other people. She rarely opens herself to others, but when she does she is very charming. She has a very witty sense of humor and hardly ever takes things offensively. The reason she usually stays away from people is that she is afraid that somebody they loved has died and will come back to bother her.
    Brief Bio: Miri’s power wasn’t anticipated when she was created. The scientists had actually been aiming for the perfect killing machine. An isotope that could kill with a touch. Instead they got one that was practically dead herself. It is debatable whether or not Miri is even alive, considering she moves so easily into the “underworld” as they titled it.
    She met Sam and Eric , well Sam and Eric's ghost, and felt compelled to help them as best as she could. It wasn't every day she ran across the ghost of telepathic twin. Using her power, she managed to put his spirit back in his body (through ways I may reveal later). She and Sam became romantically involved shortly after.

    -Has superb swimming ability due to webbed fingers and toes.
    -Can actually create a deadly toxin from the pores of her skin when she is in danger, much like a frog.
    -Can purify water supplies, however if the water is very toxic it can make her ill.
    -Is able to communicate with animals associated with water. Fish and some mammals.

    Affiliation: Renegade
    Personality: Extremely bubbley and happy. She's rarely in a bad mood and can always find the bright side of a situation. She isn't dumb, though. She knows the reality of a situation and won't pretend it isn't bad. She'll just try and cheer up those around her.
    Brief Bio: Corey was actually one of the few Isotopes from G2 that was not created in the labs. She was brought to them as a baby and genetically modified then. She was orphaned at a young age for unkown reasons, but she was discovered as an infant in a river. She was floating in the water not far offshore with a small family of african clawless otters. It is guessed that one of the otters helped mother her, but nothing is for sure. All that is known as a definite was that a 7 month old baby with gills could breath underwater and appeared to have no human family. Immediately, she was brought in to the the ACP and she was cared for by them until she was about 12. At that age, she managed to escape back into the wild through a drainage pipe and migrated her way up north where the ACP would never find her.
    Unfortunately, Helli0n later found her again, though, and she was detained as a criminal for some time until she managed to escape with assistance.
    Because she is an amphibian, she requires her skin to be moistened at least once a day, otherwise she dehydrates horribly and will be at risk of death.

    Appearance: Has gills on the sides of her neck as well as a few on her ribcage. She has oddly sharp teeth and webbed toes and fingers. She is a little taller than average height and very slender with almost no body fat.

    Personality: Sam is the quiet twin. He used to be considered introverted, but since leaving Helli0n and meeting Miri, he's stood up a bit more for himself against his brother's persuasive personality. He'll take charge of a situation if it needs it, but he prefers to be a follower instead. The development of his power also helped him gain confidence, no longer the paranoid brother he used to be. While both are capable of creating shields and using telekinesis, Sam is much better at moving things, capable of lifting huge loads, heavy boulders, cars; nothing gets in his way. He is more protective of his twin now, though, because of his incident with death.
    Brief Bio: Sam and Eric are identical twins. Eric, born first, became the natural leader of the duo at a young age. They lived in North America (modern day Canada) with their father. However, he was a hunter by trade and for most of their childhood they lived by themselves. Eric generally bossed his younger brother around until it became natural for him to do the work. After a fatal hunting accident, they were given over to the government for the Isotope program.
    Things changed for him during Operation: Mending Hope. Eric was killed and the only Isotope who could possibly bring him back, Miri, refused to allow Helli0n to take her again. As simple as that, Sam was enlisted in the Renegades. During a long absence between Operation: Mending Hope and Operation: Dawning Peace, Eric was revived by Miri, he became romantically involved with her, and he vastly improved his powers under the direction of Polly.

    Personality: From birth, Eric has been the loud, outgoing twin. He's always game for a good prank or joke and will always see himself as the protector of his twin. He can be condescending at times, but that's just a side-effect of being arrogant. He used to be extremely perverted, much to his twin's demise, but he changed drastically after meeting Sofia Bartavius Elemana Cid....Queen of Jvstice. He fell head over heels for her and instantly vowed his life to protecting her, usually refusing to leave her side for as long as possible. While he fights against Helli0n and Jvstice, he still wants to find a way to make things work with Queen Sofia.

    Personality: Peeder is a bit of a mystery. It isn't that he's quiet, shy, or of few words. Quite the contrary. He seems to be able to make friends with anybody and everybody. He loves to laugh, hang out, and relax with others. He never tells stories about his past, though.     Personality: quiet and shy at first, but once she knows someone, she becomes friendly and loyal. She is generally happy, even if she doesn’t show it, but will turn into a volcano if someone harms nature.

    Bio: Kirie was created in the Isotope labs, but a spy kidnapped her when she was a baby. The spy was killed by a pack of wolves while trying to get away, and the wolves decided to take care of the child (wolves have been known to do this). Shortly after this, Kirie was found by a group of hunters, taken back into civilization, and was raised in England by two parents. Kirie doesn’t talk much about this period, and she often changes the subject when it comes up. After a series of events which killed her foster parents, Kirie traveled to North America to get as far away from England as she could. And that was where she was discovered by Isotope. Kirie ran away after Operation: Glass Door, but returned to fight with the isotopes in Operation: Dawning Peace.

    Appearance: Standing at a grand height of 6ft, Kirie is tan with wiry muscles. She is very slim and moves like a hunter (very smooth and quiet), and never makes noise when she’s walking in nature. She has black hair that comes down to her hips, and perhaps the most startling/beautiful feature is her eyes, which are a deep emerald green.

    Bio: Nathanael volunteered for the Helli0n program since the best thing he had going for him was music. Shortly after his experimentation, he felt the longing of going home, but Helli0n kept pushing the date back until they came to him with news that his parents and younger brother had died in a house fire. Nathanael was always suspicious if Helli0n had played a part in the ‘house fire’, and even if they weren’t, he hated them for keeping him from his family for the last weeks of their lives.

In battle, he can be ruthless or apathetic, depending on the ideals of his commanders.
    Brief Bio: Lucien had a pretty average upbringing, for an Ion. He was created, drafted into the ANF's forces, and trained to be a soldier for his country. Not possessing any special rank nor title, he's just one of the many Ion warriors in the world. However, he took to the life given to him a bit worse than others, resulting in his personality.

    Personality: Keiko is very young, both physically and mentally. He’s very trusting and shy, but doesn’t like being alone. If the world were normal, you’d see him clinging to his mother’s hand in the grocery store with a stuffed animal clutched tightly to his chest.

    Bio: Keiko was the first ever G3 to be made. The scientists of Helli0n wanted him to be a spy/assassin due to his young age and his power. Unfortunately for them, Keiko went out for a little run and got lost. Fortunately for the renegade isotopes, he was found. Nathanael was the one who rescued him, and since then, the two have grown very close. They actually refer to each other as their 'big' or 'little' brother.

    Appearance: Keiko is very small; somewhere around four and a half feet. He has tawny hair and amber eyes due to the cat DNA in his blood. While on the subject of his eyes, Keiko’s is exactly like a cat’s. He has the extra eyelid that goes horizontally across his eyes, and it can sometimes be seen when he’s half asleep. The most noticeable feature of Keiko is his ears though. Instead of human ears, he has fuzzy cat ears on the top of his head, and when he tilts his head to the side, it gives him a cute childish appearance.

Having been introduced to battle and requirements to eliminate Isotopes from Helli0n. She didn't know at first she was a copy, but she found that out during her first battle in the Gene war when her group attacked a few isolated Isotopes. However, due to the poor development of her heart, she's asked constantly to receive blood transfusions.

However, once he emerged, Gerald saw how flawed the system was, and how the isotopes were being used. He began plotting, and after about a year, escaped containment to join Dr. Phillips, the rebel leader against the Isotopes.     Personality: Delilah is a complex mix of emotions. On the outside, she's a happy young individual, lucky enough not to be an Isotope. Nobody would deny it looks forced, though. She usually won't start a conversation, and anytime she's addressed, she'll appear flustered, and maybe a little nervous.
    More than anything else, she's highly religious. She won't hesitate to recite scripture when the occasion calls for it. This also sets her up as a bit of a pacifist, but she will defend others if she must. She is more likely to use herself as a human shield, though, due to her defensive powers.
    Brief Bio: This blonde haired, blue eyed beauty was created in the western portion of the EAM only about a year ago. It didn't take long to figure out that her job would be as a medic on the battle front.
    During one of her missions, she stumbled upon an old book, something she had never seen before. It was written in strange, archaic language, but something about it compelled her to continue reading. It wasn't long until she had become well acquainted with the wonders of Christianity. She now spends almost all of her free time either reading the Bible, praying, or contemplating life's mysteries.

    Brief Bio: Ion EA07, named 'Hikaru', was created in the state in the Europe-Asia Monarchy known as Japan. Due to his abilities, he was transferred west to fight at the front lines of the Gene War against the Helli0n Isotopes. However, due to his appearance, he has been the butt of many jokes, which have caused him to become a rather angry individual.

    Appearance: Hikaru has light auburn hair with eyes that are of the same color.     Skills: Born with the ability to raise blizzards and freeze an opponent in 2 minutes tops. Her body is a vessel of ice, kept under deep supervision and controlled with a specialized staff to keep her cold at all times. Lilia can create needle-like ice spikes that can penetrate a foe.
    -->Specialized move with Brother (Zach): Blizzard Vortex, Trapping and encasing foes into a field of frozen terrain, while terrorizing them with strong winds.

    Weapons: Despite the cliche, Yes Lilia needs a specialized Staff to control her attacks and to maintain her body at a distinct level of frozen. Durable and contains a blue stone at its head. It never leaves her side, (But if such circumstance in which its removed from her grasp she is immobile and vulnerable for around 10 minutes before thawing, her heart will cease moving.)

They were both informed of this when they believed they could compare them both to be ideal partners when it came down to serving the occult Division. The tests and experiments proved the Scientist's correct, therefore they both can combine wind and Ice into a powerful blizzard vortex. She too has specific released material visible to other Organizations.
